I’m not good with computers… how can you help?

With Restaurant eMarketing, we know that your expertise is in the day-to-day operations of your restaurant. We also know that operating your restaurant can be very time consuming and can often leave little time for other things… including marketing your restaurant.

That’s where Restaurant eMarketing comes in. We know how to effectively set-up, maintain, and execute email marketing campaigns. We’ll never tell you how to run your restaurant–as that is not our expertise.

We’ll hold your hand all the way through our relationship and make sure that you understand everything from the reports to configuring your website.

Together with Restaurant eMarketing, your restaurant will be unstoppable and your results will exceed your expectations.

What about SPAM?

We hate it and we know you and your guests hate it too. That is why with Restaurant eMarketing you will be required to verify that each member of your database has opted into your database and requested to receive your information, newsletters, and specials.

Each guest will be able to opt-out automatically using our “True Remove” system to ensure that their request is honored.

Restaurant eMarketing is “White Listed” with many of the nation’s largest Internet Service Providers… which helps to ensure that your email reaches your guests’ Inbox.

How do my guests opt-out or unsubscribe?

Restaurant eMarketing utilizes a patent-pending opt-out service called “True Remove”. This allows guests to be 100% sure that when they opt-out… the opt-out and are properly removed from your database.

Guests may opt-out by clicking on the link in any of your email newsletters or by updating their profile. Do you charge a design fee?

This is one of the things that sets Restaurant eMarketing apart from other email marketing companies.

Other email marketing companies may offer a lower monthly fee but then make the majority of their money from charging insane amounts for graphic design work. For example, some service providers of email marketing charge $500 or more to design ONE template and $165 ore more per hour for additional graphic design work.

TEMPLATES or DESIGN LIBRARY are words that are not found in our dictionary. We create every email from scratch to effectively match your brand and relay your message to your guests.

I think I know what I’m doing, so why should I use you?

That’s great!

Many of our clients are not as knowledgeable or skilled in graphic design or marketing as you may be. We realize that there are restaurant owners that thoroughly enjoy creating their own email campaigns and give the messages their own personal feeling. In fact we encourage this and have recently launched a “Do-It-Yourself” service.

With our “Do-It-Yourself” service, you’ll receive access to our resources and systems to create your own email campaigns and manage your database.

Do you share my database with other clients?

NO!

Your database is your database. We do not share or rent your database with any other companies or restaurants.

I can send out my own emails… why do I need you?

Anyone can send out an email, but can you do it effectively to ensure that your email reaches the recipient. With SPAM volume increasing more and more every day, Internet Service Providers have placed limits on accounts and sending high volumes of emails from a personal or business email address risks your account being flagged as SPAM and having future messages blocked from reaching the recipients.

Using a service like Restaurant eMarketing that is “white listed” with many of the leading Internet Service Providers ensures that your message reaches your guests and ensures the success of each campaign.

Can I use or purchase a third-party email list?

NO!

Restaurant eMarketing only allows emails from guests who have opted into your database or have a direct relationship with your business.

Third Party lists or those that are rented or purchased are not allowed.

In addition, using a purchased or third-party list is in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act.

Can I export my database for other marketing efforts?

We encourage this functionality of our system and service.

In fact, we have a client that recently sent a direct mail piece to everyone in their database. To ensure that the mailing addresses were correct and to eliminate any wasted printing or postage expenses, they sent out an email campaign asking each member to update their mailing addresses.

The client mailed out over 10,000 direct mail pieces to those guests that responded to their email and not a single piece of mail was returned as “undeliverable.” In additional the results of the direct mail campaign exceeded their expectation and their sales increased significantly, and as a result their sales.

Can you integrate with my current database or OpenTable?

YES!

We have many customers who utilize the OpenTable reservation system as a way to build their email database.

We can walk you through the process of how to export your database and add it to your email marketing campaign.

Am I limited to the size of my database?

NO!

Unlike several other email marketing companies and services that charge based on the number of email addresses in your database, Restaurant eMarketing sets a new standard as we do not charge based on the size of your database.

We want your database to be as large as possible. The larger your database, the more successful your campaigns will be and the happier you will be with our service… and hopefully tell others about us!

In fact, we have one client that has over 58,000 members in their email club!!!

What about graphics and documents in the emails?

Unlike other email marketing services and programs that only allow a certain amount of graphics in each newsletter or charge extra for storing these files on their servers, Restaurant eMarketing does not charge extra for this service or feature. It’s just another way that sets us apart!
