This is a sample for a recent
wine-dinner event at Dolce in Atlanta, GA. The email resulted in a
sell-out event... at $100.00 per person.
SAMPLE #2
This is a sample of enhanced Customer
Service. Every time the Directory of Spirits for the Dolce Group assists
a guest with a nice bottle of wine purchase, they gather information
about the purchase and use a custom opt-in form to send the customer a
"Thank You" email that has additional customized features--including the
date of the dine, the restaurant they dined at and the wine that was
purchased. This campaign has resulted in amazing feedback from guests of
the restaurant.

Here is an example of a "trigger"
based email for a client. Every month the guests of the restaurant for
Cafe Ciao and Ciao in Birmingham, AL receive a special offer as a gift
from the restaurant.

Here is a sample for Dolce and Geisha
House in Atlanta, GA to promote "Midtown Restaurant Week." The email
includes the menu and links to the restaurant's OpenTable system to
increase reservations.

This is a recent email that was sent
for Fresh To Order, a growing Fast Casual concept in Atlanta, GA. The
focus of this email was to promote online ordering and Gift Card sales.

Every Holiday Season, the Dolce Group
mails out a special gift to some of their most loyal customers. In past
years there was a large number of direct mail pieces that were "Returned
to Sender" due to invalid mailing addresses. This year they decided to
delete all of their member's mailing address and update the record. They
turned to Restaurant eMarketing to send out an email to the database
asking them to update their profile to include their mailing address so
that the gift could get mailed to the guest. In the first 27 hours over
1,000 mailing addresses were provided... insuring that their cost for
direct mail would not be wasted on undeliverable mail.

To promote on an upcoming Champagne
Tasting Dinner at their Los Angeles outpost of Dolce Enoteca, the Dolce
Group turned to Restaurant eMarketing. Within 12 hours the event sold
out generating over $5,000 in sales. The response was so great that a
second seating for the event is being considered.
